GTIB confirms that the following individuals are not employees, officers, authorised representatives or agents of GTIB and are not authorised to represent, solicit business for, receive funds on behalf of, or otherwise act for GTIB:
Any communication, instruction, payment request or representation from these individuals purporting to be made on behalf of GTIB should not be relied upon and should be reported to us immediately.
As of the date of this notice, GTIB has not yet launched an official client-facing online banking platform, login portal or mobile application for clients to access or view their investments, transactions, account information or funds balances.
Accordingly, any website or application currently claiming to provide online access to a GTIB account, investment, transaction or funds balance is not an official GTIB platform and should be treated as unauthorised.
Any future launch of an official GTIB online banking or client platform will be communicated directly to clients through GTIB's official website and authorised communication channels.

⛔ Any different domain should be treated as unauthorised and potentially fraudulent unless independently verified with GTIB.
GTIB will never request your password, one-time password ("OTP"), security code, private key or complete login credentials by email.
Do not make any payment, transfer funds or digital assets, or accept any new or amended beneficiary, bank-account or wallet details based solely on an email or message. All such instructions must first be independently verified with GTIB through our official channels.
Stop immediately. Cease all communication with the suspicious website, individual or sender.

If funds have been transferred, contact your bank or payment provider immediately and notify the appropriate law-enforcement authorities without delay.
Forward suspicious emails to us as an attachment with original email headers, where possible, to assist our investigation.
GTIB is treating this matter seriously. A police report has been lodged in relation to the suspected impersonation and fraudulent activity:

GTIB is also notifying the relevant regulatory, cybersecurity, domain-registration, hosting and law-enforcement authorities and taking appropriate legal and technical measures to address the unauthorised use of GTIB's corporate name, identity and branding.
Until further notice, we urge all clients, counterparties and stakeholders to exercise heightened vigilance and independently verify any communication purporting to originate from GTIB before taking any action.
